Day 10/30

Today is day 10 for me of my new workout program Core De Force. It is the second time I am doing Core Kinetics. I love how they really focus on your core, not just crunches.

I still am getting use to the positions, but I am definitely feeling and seeing results each day. Like they say, you have to put in the work to get the results. Are you tired of waiting for the right time? Are you tired of feeling tired? Then let’s start. We have 4 weeks left in 2017. A whole lot can change in 4 weeks and I am here to help you. I have been there.

Together, we can do this.
