If YOU want CHANGE, you have to CHALLENGE yourself

In this mornings workout Joel says, ” If you want CHANGE, you have to CHALLENGE yourself.”

The moves were hard, I was dripping in sweat, and I made mistakes, but I kept going. That’s the change right there for me. In the past I would have compared myself to others, said ” I can’t get this right”, and quit.

Quitting is not an option when you want change so — I remember WHY I started the change process in the first place, use my support to get through my roadblocks, and keep moving.
